Habitat for Humanity Board President Lin Caywood has announced the selection of Ron Cramer of Adamstown, Maryland as Habitat’s new executive director effective immediately. He has been actively involved with Habitat for many years, serving on the Habitat Board of Directors both as vice president and president. He has chaired the Public Relations Committee and earlier this year he joined the staff as manager of Habitat's ReStore.

Due to the anticipated bad weather due to Tropical Storm Hanna, Habitat has rescheduled the planned dedication of the home in Emmitsburg, MD. The dedication of the McKenney's home will now take place on Sunday, September 14, at 1:30 pm at 34 St. Joseph's Lane.

Frederick---Habitat for Humanity of Frederick County will dedicate its 27^th home on Sunday, September 14, at 1:30 p.m. in Emmitsburg, Maryland. County and Emmitsburg town representatives will join Habitat officials in dedicating the new home which Habitat will sell to Brian and Melissa McKenney, parents of two young children.
